The following vacancies are currently available at Queen ‘Mamohato Memorial Hospital:
POSITION: DIETITIAN (x1)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or equivalent
- Registered with a recognized health professional body or council
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Assess patients’ nutritional needs and develop care plans
- Monitor and adjust dietary interventions as needed
- Collaborate with medical staff and kitchen services for appropriate meal provision
- Provide nutrition education and participate in policy and health promotion
- Experience in therapeutic nutrition for chronic illnesses including diabetes, renal disease, and HIV/AIDS
