We have an outstanding opportunity for a Developer in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Section, in our Strategy, Portfolio, Partnerships & Digital (SPPD) Division.

The successful candidate for the Developer role is responsible for Design, Development and Implementation of application software and APIs that support ongoing projects and activities within the Secretariat. The Developer reports to the Adviser, Data and Business Systems.

Other responsibilities entailed in this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and test software applications for deployment to the cloud and the internal estate
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing applications
  • Develop and implement robust database interfaces and applications
  • Contribute to identifying processes for automation
  • Conduct end-user training and support of deployed software

To be considered you must at least five years experience in developing and deploying web and mobile applications. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to three (3) years for candidates who possess a relevant first level university degree.
