Design, Supply, and Installation of Solar Power for Sani Toll System
The Road Fund Secretariat invites proposals from suitably qualified companies for design, supply and installation of Solar Power Solution for Road Fund Toll Operations at Sani Border.
Scope of the assignment:
- Develop a design responding to the requirements specifications;
- Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the solution according to the design and specifications;
- Support and maintenance of the solution for a period of one year.

Tender documents shall be available at the Road Fund website www.roadfund.org.ls and the Road Fund Offices at the Reception area from the 27th October 2023.
Tendering requirements:
Bidders are expected to adhere to the following requirements:
1. Submission of Tax Certificates;
II. Submission of valid Trader’s Licence/Business Identity Card;
III. There shall be a compulsory Pre-bid meeting on Thursday 2nd November 2023 at 10.00am at Sani Border Post.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for Design, Supply and Installation of Solar Power Solution for Sani Toll System” bearing no identification of the company and should be deposited in the tender box located at Reception area of the Road Fund Offices on or before 12:00hrs (Noon) on the 17th November 2023. Tender opening shall be on the same date at 14:00hrs.
