MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- VAT-inclusive pricing (attach VAT registration certificate if applicable)
- Valid Trader’s License / Business Identity Card
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Certified Share Certificate from the Registrar of Companies
- Full specifications must be written on the quotation
- Provide IBR number
- Indicate lead time on the quotation
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company stamp
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti (M)
- Delivery to be made at IEC Central Warehouse, next to Wasco, Industrial Area
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- Unauthorized use of the IEC logo is prohibited
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods
