Tender Title: Design and construction of Leribe (Hlotse), Teyateyaneng and Mafeteng Bus Terminal Projects

This Tender is for Category A and B Contractors
- Invitation to tender: The Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship invites sealed tenders from Service Providers for the design and construction of Leribe (Hlotse), Teyeteyaneng and Mafeteng Modern Bus Terminal Projects. The completion period of each project is 12 Months. The Contractors are allowed to tender for any or all 3 projects, but the intention is to award 1 contract per Contractor.
- Tender Document: Full details of tender are provided in the tender documents obtainable at Procurement Unit, Moposo House, 5th Floor, Kingsway, Maseru upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Maloti (M2000.00).
- Delivery of Tenders: Tenders in a plain sealed envelope, original and four copies bearing no Identification of the tenderer, and clearly marked “Tender for design and construction of Leribe (Hlotse), Teyeteyaneng and Mafeteng Modern Bus Terminal Project” should be deposited at the tender box placed at the Department of Local Government and Chieftainship Offices, Procurement Unit, Moposo House, Kingsway, 5th Floor at Maseru.
- Mandatory Documents: Valid Trader’s Licence &Valid Tax Clearance certified at source, Tenderer Company Documents, Proof of Insurance covering the company employees certified at source and site visit certificate.
- Mandatory Site visits: Mandatory site visits will be conducted in Leribe and Teyateyaneng on 21 December 2023 and Mafeteng on 22 December 2023. Tenderers shall meet at 09:00hrs at Leribe Bus Station, 11:30hrs at Teyateyaneng Bus Station and 10:00hrs at Mafeteng Bus Station.
