- B.Ed Degree or equivalent qualifications with at least one year experience in administrative position
- Diploma in Primary Education with at least three years experience in administrative position
- Diploma in Primary Education with at least 5 years experience as Head of Department
- Diploma in Primary Education with at least 8 years of teaching experience
- Should have good reputation and in students’ academic aspects
- Should be industrious and trustworthy
