Position: Deputy Principal – High School
Location: Quthing, Ha Ntho / Phahameng, Lesotho
Type: Full-time Contract

Purpose
Support the School Principal in academic leadership, maintain high teaching standards, and provide strong Mathematics and Science instruction.
Key Duties:
- Lead and manage academic programs.
- Teach Mathematics and Science.
- Support curriculum planning and implementation.
- Mentor teachers and coordinate development.
- Oversee academic support and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Education (Mathematics & Science).
- 3–5 years high school teaching experience.
- TSD registration.
- Proven leadership experience (HOD / Senior Teacher).
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
