Vacant Internship Position
Position: Debt Collection Officer
1. Key Responsibilities
• Collect client liabilities to meet the set target.
• Remind clients of their debt obligations prior to deadlines.
• Issue reminders on outstanding payments.
• Refer difficult clients to the manager.
• Share information with colleagues on risk factors that influence client compliance behaviour.
• Reconcile and provide up‑to‑date account statements to clients.
• Serve as a focal point of contact and relationship manager for the client.
• Attend to clients’ complaints, inquiries and queries in a timely manner to build client trust.
• Refer complicated queries to the Manager or relevant person for prompt resolution.
• Follow up on referred inquiries to ensure resolution in line with set standards.
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
2. Job Specifications
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or Auditing
• Experience: No experience required
