We are looking for highly energetic and target driven recent graduates to join our team.
• Office assistance
• Call-centre, data capturing and updating customer records in Solar Lights customer management systems
• Providing excellent customer service while actively handling objections
• Meeting targets for debt recovery and call quality
• Adhering to company policies, procedures
Desired Qualifications
• Strong negotiation skills and very good communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Diploma or better in Business related courses
Renumeration
• Salary plus monthly performance-based incentive
