Qualifications
PhD/Masters’ Degree in Education OR equivalent
PhD/Masters’ Degree in Business Administration /Business Management
Experience
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as Dean in reputed tertiary institutions.
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Managerial positions
Job Responsibilities
- The Dean shall be responsibility for managing the Lesotho Campus operations including Academic services, Quality Management, Accreditation,Admissions, Corporate training and Marketing
- The Dean shall be responsible for budgeting and cost control of the University
- The Dean oversee all areas regarding Management and Administrative operations of the campus
- The Dean shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining all stakeholder relations including sponsors, Government, regulatory Bodies and Customers.

- Ability to set quality Assessments
- Conflict Management and resolution skills
