Subject: Extension of Submission Deadline and Postponement of Site Visit
This addendum serves to notify all interested parties of the following changes to the tender titled:
“Tender for Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment, Supply and Installation of Data Network Points for the Southern Division of the High Court”
(as advertised in the Lesotho Times, issue dated 19th June 2025).
Revised Dates:
• Site Visit (Mandatory): Postponed to 08 August 2025 at 11:00 hrs
• Submission Deadline: Extended to 15 August 2025 at 12:00 hrs
• Bid Opening: 15 August 2025 at 12:15 hrs in the High Court Conference Room
Project Overview
The Judiciary, through funding from the Government of Lesotho, invites eligible and qualified tenderers to submit bids for the following lots:
• Lot 1: Office Equipment
• Lot 2: Data Network Points
Tenderers may bid for one or both lots, as specified in the tender document.
Tender Document Collection
Tender documents are available at the Procurement Unit, 1st Floor, High Court of Lesotho.
• Cost: M2,000.00 (non-refundable), payable at the Accounts Office, Ground Floor
Submission Instructions
Sealed tender documents must be clearly marked:
“Tender for Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment, Supply and Installation of Data Networks for Southern Division of the High Court”
and deposited in the tender box located at the foyer next to the Procurement Office by 15 August 2025 at 12:00 hrs.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Mandatory Submission Requirements
• Certified copy of a valid Trader’s License
• Certified copy of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Certificate of Bona Fide Tendering
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Audited Company Accounts for 2023/24 and 2024/25
Qualification Criteria
• Conformance to specifications
• Technical and financial capability
• Evidence of acceptable after-sales support
• Service record
• Margin of preference in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2023
• Certificate of attendance for the site visit
Tender Validity
All tenders must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
