About BRB
Bacha Re Bacha Youth Forum (BRB) is a Non-Profit, Non-Governmental, Community-Based Youth Development Organization registered under the Societies Act of 1966 in the Kingdom of Lesotho.
BRB exists to transform communities through youth capacity building and empowerment in the following thematic areas:
- Youth and Democratic Governance
- Youth and Health
- Sustainable Livelihoods
Currently, BRB is implementing Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) in six districts of Lesotho: Leribe, Botha-Bothe, Mokhotlong, Thaba-Tseka, Quthing, and Qacha’s Nek, with financial support from The Global Fund through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit (MOFDP-PMU).
Position: Data Monitor
Location: Leribe Office
Level: D2 (Competitive)
Purpose of the Role
To monitor the quality of services offered to Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) in hospitals and clinics. The role involves:
- Collecting data from clinics, hospitals, and communities on AGYW access to health services using CLM tools provided
- Analyzing data and engaging in advocacy for improved healthcare services at community, district, and national levels
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be an AGYW under 25 years old
- Grade 12/COSE/LGCSE Certificate or higher
- Must be a member of BRB
