Data Clerk × 2
Job Summary
The Data Clerk will manage filing and maintenance of patient medical records within HIV programmes, working closely with facility teams, M&E officers, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- File and maintain patient medical records and charts
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of data
- Support data collection and reporting processes
- Work closely with health facility staff and M&E teams
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Statistics, Demography, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Training in medical records management is an added advantage
