Job Purpose: To support Right to Care Direct Service Delivery Teams and Ministry of Health with COVID 19 Vaccination Program data capturing onto the DHIS2 platform and internal reporting tools within ADAPT.

Responsibilities

· Capture COVID-19 data at vaccination sites using the COVAX system

· Ensure captured COVID-19 data is accurate

· Capture COVID-19 and other ancillary data during demand creation campaigns

· Capture vaccination paper records into DHIS2 using the COVAX platform

· Support vaccinators and demand creation teams in community engagement activities

· Support capturing of GIS locations of key sites and key activities in the field.

· Conduct regular data editing and updates as required

· Perform data quality control

. Record data daily on and for COVID-19 vaccines

· As and when requested by the District Technical Advisor, assist with other duties as required

· Maintain both paper-based documentation and electronic data systems as and when required.

. Accurate record keeping and reporting are maintained as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience

· Diploma in any social science related course/Degree will be an added advantage

. Post-matric certificate in computer literacy including Excel, OR equivalent experience.

· Proficiency in English

. Experience in data capturing.

Desirable Required Qualifications and Experience

. Degree in any social science related course

. Post-matric certificate in computer literacy including Excel, OR equivalent experience.

. Proficiency in English and Sesotho including any local language.

. Health Information Reporting systems use in Lesotho.

. 2 years’ experience in capturing medical related data.
