Brief Description of Position
- The role brings an analytics mindset to the development process to ensure that services and products are informed by data.
- Accountable for bringing analytics into the design process either directly or by activating data scientists and others on extended team. Informs micro-targeting and personalization of campaigns. Promotes data stewardship through tagging and data collection standards.
- The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting brand teams in the implementation of digital measurement strategies, producing meaningful marketing KPIs and performance reports with actionable insights.
- The role brings an analytics mindset to ensure all decision are based on accurate analysis and data insight
- Understanding how data is generated and reported in various tools and consolidated in order to make the right decisions for the business.
- Promotes data stewardship.
- Serves as first point of contact for data sets within a domain and has a deep understanding of the data levers data-driven insights to inform marketing execution using advances analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for driving analytics to inform decision making.
- Defines and manage data standards and access rules.
- Manages third party data relationships
- Drives optimal deployment approaches based on statistical analysis of in-market customer/account/geography-specific data.
- Creates data models and has knowledge on sourcing data.
- Responsible for the concept/design, approval, execution, maintenance and the performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys.
- Plays the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, market access, IT and other functions
- Gives proactively inputs to the local & regional teams on customer & market needs
- Secure compliance requirements with highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Driving the change to become a Data driven subsidiary
- Looks for new relevant data bases to develop a strong Data Ecosystem
- Secure the right visualization of the data including development of relevant dashboards
- Oversees SFE tools and datasets as well as ensure dissemination of dashboards that will aid continuous improvement and drive efficiencies amongst our employees
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Relevant degree and/or equivalent is preferred
- Min 5 years in quantitative business decision support.
- Preferably experienced on data analytics, web analytics or statistical modelling
- Preferably experienced on Sales Force Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and business minded personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) data analysis tools
