Reporting to the Anti Money Laundering Principal Specialist, the role of the incumbent shall be to support products integration, administer technical changes, analyse and configure alerts on the transaction monitoring platform to effectively mitigate the risk of money laundering.

Job Responsibility
Use robotics to automate the process of investigation of alerts in order to decrease man-hours needed to investigate, clear & or escalate-report suspicions
Continuously mine data from MIS systems, analyse it to determine customer behaviour changes and advise on the necessary alert specifications with respect to each product/service
parameter fine-tuning – re-analyse alerts and utilise new data changes to change parameters on both online and offline alerts across all products and service offerings in order to ensure that alerts are decreased
Devise interim alternative off-platform monitoring for all high risk products pending migration to the monitoring platform in order to expedite launching of products
Use multiple data sources and attributes to profile each client in line with set risk indicators in order to inform product allocation and service offering
Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems/ Computing/ Acturial Sciences
A qualification in data sciences will be advantageous
Requisite skills – Data Analytics and SQL
Atleast 2 years’ experience in data analytics
