CYCC Goeie Hoop seeks to appoint a Social Worker to be based in Western Cape.
Requirements:
- Registered as a Social Worker
- Minimum of four years’ experience in social work
- Knowledge in working with vulnerable children or children placed in alternative care and family reunification
- Experience in court placements and child protection services
- Efficient, professional, hardworking, administrative, punctual and neat
- Computer skills
- Understand challenges facing Child and Youth Care workers
- Counselling and therapeutic skills
- Case work, group work
- Multilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Ability to work flexible and work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Report writing
- Valid driver’s license
