Position: Customer Support Specialist

What we are looking for:

Intellivisit is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver an outstanding experience for users of its virtual health application. Strong knowledge and experience working with consumer-facing technology applications is key. In this role your responsibilities will consist of customer support (75%) and user engagement (25%). Experience supporting telehealth is strongly preferred. We are seeking someone who has some flexibility in their availability. This is a remote position.

What you will do:

Customer Support

  • Respond to inbound calls and ensure patients and clinicians are able to access all available features in the application.
  • Apply technical troubleshooting skills to assess unfamiliar customer support issues as they arise and identify causes and solutions
  • Document resolution of call contacts and escalate issues or bugs to the appropriate level.
  • Provide clients and users with a positive experience in your interactions
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to the patient’s questions or concerns in a timely manner

User Engagement

  • Respond to customer feedback with proactive messaging to users
  • Develop recommendation for product and process improvement based on user feedback
  • Facilitate user surveys and develop testimonials through user engagement.
  • Provide clients and users with a positive experience in your interactions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years job related experience providing customer support for a technology application
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
  • Strong technical skills to assist consumers in accessing technology
  • Experience creating documents and visual depictions through Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio) or similar software (preferred)
  • Experience providing technical customer support for telehealth (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Zendesk (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 /hour
