Customer Support Representative – REMOTE

An tech-based fitness company are looking for a customer support rep who has good experience with end user support with web tools, websites, CSS etc. The role will be fully remote but candidate must be based in UK.

Skills:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Experience working for a tech company
• Experience with end user support and helping with websites etc

You will be:

• Taking inbound customer queries over the phone, email and webform.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with customers.
