Customer Support duties and responsibilities
- Answer customer calls inquiring who the company is
- Answer questions regarding products and billing for suppliers
- Respond to Customer Service tickets
- Multitask between various systems
- Actively listen to each customer to resolve their concern as efficiently as possible while providing world class service
- Become an expert on all company products to boost confidence towards customers
- Remain positive and upbeat throughout every customer interaction
- Properly manage expectations and follow through on internal and external commitments
- Collaborate with other team members to solve inquiries
Outbound Sales duties and responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone within minutes
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
- Up sell additional products
- Use various CRMs to place orders
- Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous working experience in sales, collection, retention or real estate (preferably 1+ years
- Bachelor in Marketing, Communication, Business (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Own PC equipment & headset

Salary: $1,800.00 to $2,100.00 /month
