What you’ll be doing:

  • Working collaboratively with the customer success and product teams to implement the Mar-Kov software to our customers.
  • Developing a deep knowledge of Mar-Kov’s software and how it benefits customers across many manufacturing industries.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy relationship with Mar-Kov customers; acts as the customer advocate and analyzes customer needs to deliver the best solution.
  • Creating training and educational resources, including instruction videos and written procedures to augment the customer experience.
  • Assisting in developing new project management tools and training process improvements.
  • Minor technical duties including configuring the Mar-Kov software, bug reporting, product testing, quality control, and others.

You must have:

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Outstanding in organization, presentation, being detail oriented, and building relationships
  • Great comfort with using Microsoft Office and working with a computer in general
  • A love for constantly learning new things, and applying your knowledge to solve real world problems
  • A desire to be part of a high-growth, transformational company that is bold, relentless, curious, and collaborative

It would be awesome if you had:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Business or STEM related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in the industry
  • Experience implementing software in a manufacturing industry
  • Experience in the manufacturing industries including Cosmetics, Pharma, Food and Beverage, Nutritional Supplements, Paints and Coatings
  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Project Management, or SaaS Support
