Main Purpose of Position:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CSM coordinates the provision of contractual and adhoc security services to customers within their portfolio, in compliance with legislation, Company policies and procedures.

MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Security Operations Management for several customers
• Customer Relationship Maintenance
• Risk Assessments
• Labour Management
• Ensure Health and Safety Standard are Maintained
• Manage Discipline

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• C.O.S.C.
• Security Management Qualification
• Computer Literacy
• Driver’s License (3 years and above)
• 5 years’ experience in Private Security Management
