G4S Secure Solutions Lesotho PTY (Ltd) invites applications from suitable qualified Basotho for a position of CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CSM coordinates the provision of contractual and ad-hoc security services to customers within their portfolio in compliance with tge legislation, Company policies and procedures
Main Outputs and Responsibilities

  • Security Operations Management for several customers
  • Customer Relationship maintenance
  • Risk Assessment
  • Labour Management
  • Ensure Health and Safety Standard are maintained
  • Manage Discipline
    Qualifications and Experience
  • COSC
  • Security Management Qualification
  • Computer Literacy
  • Driver’s License (3 years and above)
  • 5 years’ experience in Private Security Management
