Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CSM coordinates the provision of contractual and ad-hoc security services to customers within their portfolio in compliance with tge legislation, Company policies and procedures
Main Outputs and Responsibilities
- Security Operations Management for several customers
- Customer Relationship maintenance
- Risk Assessment
- Labour Management
- Ensure Health and Safety Standard are maintained
- Manage Discipline
Qualifications and Experience - COSC
- Security Management Qualification
- Computer Literacy
- Driver’s License (3 years and above)
- 5 years’ experience in Private Security Management
