Job Description

We are looking for a SSA Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our objectives. This candidate will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and provide support for sales representatives. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices, have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team.

The greatest inventions would not be brought to market without the right project management and administrative support. Woven into every part of the organization, our Administrative teams makes sure our concepts become reality.


Key priorities:

Communicate with clients, Arranging Product Shipments and Resolving Customer Grievances/queries


Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders accurately and timeously
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes
  • Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Ensure the completeness of export documents before sending the consignments
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Compile weekly backorder reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features


Education

  • Matric
  • Computer literate
  • Proficiency in Excel would be beneficial


Experience and requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Export sales administration experience is a must
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Customer service experience

  • SAP knowledge is a requirement
  • SAP order processing will be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail is a must
