- Answer incoming calls from consumers offering customer resolution about products and services as per client policies
- Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.
- Notating and updating customer account for all inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics..
- Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines
- Attend meetings and online training as requested and maintains up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.High School Diploma with 0-1 years of experience.
- Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas.
- May respond to email inquiries.
- Customer service is the primary function.
- Calls are basis and routine.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.,
- Work on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
