Customer Service Representative
An established mid-sized regional general practice law firm servicing an international legal service plan seeks an experienced Call Center Representative. Call Center Representative responsibilities include but not limited to handling inbound and outbound calls, de-escalating situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support, guiding callers through troubleshooting, supporting the company compliances and protocols, processing timely referrals to referral attorneys within our network database.

Hours: Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)
