- Has a fun approach to customer support
- Is comfortable working from home/working remotely
- Has some experience in providing customer support via phone calls and emails
- Can type fast, loves being a part of a team, and is a multitasking ninja!
- Cares about the details, very reliable, and friendly!
- Is tech savvy
Availability
- At least 20 hours of availability, 30 hours preferred.
- Starting as soon as possible
- Weekend /holiday availability preferred
