Teach Me 2 is seeking an extraordinary person to join our team of Learning Strategists. This person is naturally gifted in winning others over and building rapport, and is passionate about advising customers on the solution that is genuinely best for them. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with an interest or experience in sales, education, or communications, who can instantly build rapport and master the skills of negotiation.

Teach Me 2 provides a premier tutoring service to learners and their families around the world. Our goal is to help families prepare their kids for life by giving them back their confidence in areas they’ve previously struggled. Our service also provides first-time jobs and a valuable source of income to tutors, most of whom are full-time students. We are passionate about developing people.
Your role and who you’ll be working with:
The role takes a client from the first interaction with Teach Me 2 through to confirmed set up of their tailored game plan. The role requires you to act as an advisor to the client on which approach to take with their learning in order to best achieve their goals. It includes the responsibility of handling new customers, getting them set up with a tutor, a lesson plan and then handing them over to the customer support team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills, and have a healthy competitive nature. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their time in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speedily get back to prospective customers to assess their need (calling and emailing)
- Build rapport to foster new client relationships
- Structure tutoring game plans for learners to reach their goals
- Work with the learners to pick the best tutor for their needs
- Monitor and adjust your behaviour based on personal performance metrics
- Meet and compete for sales targets
- Understand and keep up to date with industry knowledge
Reports: This position is not responsible for any direct reports
