Job Title: Customer Product Advisor (Maseru and Qacha’s Nek)
Education
Diploma in Commercial areas
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Agent/Representative
Required Knowledge and Skils
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build business professional relationships
– Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales
– Excellent selling, negotiation and communications skills
– Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
– Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
– Results driven
Critical Deliverables /Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
– To sell the company products and services, as assigned to you
– To conduct field and marketing sales
– To act as a liaison between the customer and the Company, providing excellent customer service to the customer at all times
– To assist the customer with completion of relevant company documentation and collation of necessary supporting documents
– To achieve or exceed the minimum monthly targets
– To support the Company in some of its marketing activations and public outreach activities meant to create
– To refer new employer schemes business to the company where such opportunities have been identified in furtherance of common objectives between you and the Company
– Group standards
Key Performance Indicators
– Timely Resolution of queries/complaints
– Branch Network Product Sales /Net Pay-outs
– Custoner satisfaction with products & services
