𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛:
To sell and provide advisory services to potential customers for insurance products and other solutions provided by Letshego. To attract and acquire customers by selling company products to generate new business.
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Diploma in Marketing and Sales or related fields (basic selling skills will be an added advantage).
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Experience in sales environment (preferable in a financial industry, insurance preferable).

𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬/𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- To engage with potential customers and actively communicate product features and benefits to increase demand.
- Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
- To identify and pursue business opportunities and effectively managing potential leads for conversion.
- Ensuring business retention and developing customer relationships for the acquisition of new business in line with identified targets.
- To provide after sale support to customers.
