There’s a lot that goes into “making complex look simple”, which is why we’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist – a dynamic and empathetic professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for outstanding customer service and a bit of fanaticism for technology and innovative solutions. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will make customers successful on our platform. This involves both conceptual as well as technical consultative support and a high level of understanding for their business and goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Onboard, train and educate new customers on our Digital Sales Assistant platform
  • Accompany customers throughout the implementation and optimization of their Digital Sales Assistants, give tips and best practice insights
  • Identify optimization opportunities, develop and execute optimization strategies
  • Run project kick-offs, and lead implementations of Digital Sales Assistants
  • Increase onboarding effectiveness by contributing to process and product improvements
  • Achieve the highest level customer satisfaction throughout all phases and create long-term success stories

Your profile:

  • Graduate or career-starter with first professional experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, Tech, Digital Consulting or similar
  • Must be based in Boston or same time zone (Eastern Time)
  • Great customer-service skills (high level of empathy)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with creative ideas for continuous improvements
  • Relationship builder that can precisely and concisely express ideas and create trust
  • Experience in Account Management, Project Management, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, eCommerce or Sales would be a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. business, sales, marketing, e-commerce, computer sciences etc
