Main Purpose of the Role:

  • The Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) is responsible for the complete processing of healthcare orders from the enquiry to completion stage, in-line with internal company policies and procedures.
  • The CLO is play critical role in providing client support to resolve internal and external customer inquiries. The main performance areas include accurate order capturing, processing and clients service support services.

Customer Liaison Key Performance Areas(KPAs):

  • Effective customer management which includes timeous order capture, order accuracy and scheduling for invoicing and ultimately delivery.
  • Fulfil customer requirements and minimize returns, through end to end understanding of product offering and processes to satisfy all stakeholder needs in the value chain.
  • Liaising with customers regarding issues such as queries, suspended accounts, cancellations, account reconciliations etc.
  • Proactive customer engagement.
  • Collaboration with Key Accounts Managers, Key Accounts Associates and National Sales Manager in resolving customer queries.
  • Effective use of internal systems to flag areas of concerns which impact customer service.
  • Ensure customer SLAs (service level agreements) are adhered to.
  • Manage general administration for the respective job function.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Exposure to BAAN system advantageous.
  • Detailed and solutions orientated.
  • Exposure to accounts receivable administration advantageous.

Qualifications Required:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Marketing/Finance
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Word).

Experience Required:

  • 2 years Customer Services experience.
  • Understanding Project Admin experience.
