Relevant Customer Service Qualification
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Process all interactions necessary for the accurate managements of adherence calls.
Ensure a high standard of care and best practice is being delivered to the customer/ suppliers.
Ensure speedy resolution of client complaints and recommend solutions to the business unit to assist in identifying better ways of providing a service.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Act as mediator between and among staff and clients to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.
Actively nurture and grow meaningful supplier relationships
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Create and maintain project delivery timelines
Keep record of communication to internal and external stakeholders about milestones and progress
Correctly and accurately take down customer information in order to process order
Prepare order reports for management.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.
Log all resolved and unresolved queries on a daily basis for reporting purposes.
Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports for submission to the manager
Liaise with various stakeholders to discuss sales performances and act accordingly.
Present to the management team each month on headline stats and analysis with recommendations for changes.
Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.
Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals.
Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.
Ability to work under pressure
Prior medical Product knowledge
Have extensive and operational knowledge to assist in resolving member queries.
2 nd Additional language

MIE, clear criminal and credit
Driver’s license and/or own reliable transport
