Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth by promoting Thusong’s financial products and services
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships within assigned communities
- Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and growth targets
- Represent Thusong Financial Services professionally and ethically at all times
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
