Role Overview
The Customer Care Technician will serve as the first point of contact for 1PWR customers, helping to:
- Diagnose technical issues
- Support backend systems
- Provide clear guidance on account and payment platforms
This role combines customer care with hands-on technical support, customer education, and onboarding. It is ideal for candidates with a technical background and strong communication skills who can bridge technical systems and community needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics
- Computer Science / IT
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years work experience with off-grid energy projects and/or similar environments
