Currently we have the opportunity for a dynamic Customer Care Center (CCC) Planner to join our South African team in Johannesburg.
In this role you will have the opportunity to handle Directs telephone contacts or written inquiries and dispatch them to appropriate personnel. You may as well answer non-technical questions regarding company products and you will maintains log of incoming “hotline” contacts
You will be reporting to the Customer Care Center Manager
You are responsible for (but your tasks are not limited to):
Handling critical escalations by phone and emails, for self and team members, providing alterative solutions based on available options with a in-depth understanding on KPI impacting performance
Providing recommendations & suggestion based on issues/escalations raised.(Process & Product)
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
University degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced international organization in Customer Service/Call-Center is a must
Excellent oral and written skills
Advanced experience in working on Excel is a must along with strong attention to details
Honesty and reliability
Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly and outgoing personality
