Cultivation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Cultivation Manager to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility, with a focus on crop production, environmental control, and overall plant health. You will work closely with the Head Cultivation Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality yields while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee the cultivation and growth of plants from propagation through harvest
• Implement and manage cultivation techniques, including plant nutrition and IPM regimes
• Lead and supervise cultivation staff to ensure efficient workflows and high standards of quality
• Collaborate within the team, reporting to the Head Cultivation Manager, to develop and implement cultivation strategies and goals
• Maintain detailed records of plant growth, pest control, environmental data, and crop yields
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any cultivation-related issues, from plant diseases to nutrient deficiencies
• Provide training and mentorship to junior cultivation staff to grow their skills and knowledge

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation or horticulture, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of plant biology, soil science, pest management, and irrigation systems
• Familiarity with cultivation technologies (lighting systems, environmental controllers, automated irrigation, etc.)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices
• Passion for cultivating high-quality products and continuously improving cultivation practices
