**Main Purpose**

Effective collection of current campus debt for campuses assigned.

**Key responsibilities**

+ Making specified number of contact calls as per company policy.

+ Record comments accurately in Navision and any other software that may be implemented to

+ aid debt collection

+ Get approval for settlement offers from Credit Control Supervisors or Head: Credit Control before offering to debtors

+ Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors

+ Accurate classification of legal and student statuses

+ Meet collection and debt level targets

+ Assist with student queries and discussing payment options with students that can’t afford full tuition

+ Update student card with correct personal details.

+ Receipting of cash/cheque/debit card payments on Navision

+ Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned by line manager from time to time
