Customer Experience Division

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above‑mentioned positions. The positions are tenable in the Customer Experience Division. The incumbents will be responsible to the Credit Controller.
Qualifications, Experience & Other Requirements
• BComm Accounting / CAT
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in credit control or a related environment
• Strong financial knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of integrity
• Computer literacy is essential
• Valid driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas
Revenue Collection
• Update age analysis daily to determine due and overdue debts
• Collect revenue from LEC debtors
• Follow up on overdue debts
Customer Queries / Debt Management
• Attend to and resolve customer queries promptly
• Reconcile customer accounts where necessary
• Provide management with regular credit‑risk updates
• Liaise with Finance on reconciliations
• Register sundry debtors and their respective payment arrangements
• Prepare invoices for penalties and other charges for customers disconnected for tampering
• Assist customers with reconnections subsequent to tampering
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances
