JOB DESCRIPTION

We are growing fast and are constantly looking for smart and ambitious Creative Project Managers. We need team players to be responsible for working with these clients, be in charge of managing a high number of design projects while conducting quality control and client coordination, and overseeing teams of product specialists.

REQUIREMENTS

• Analytical Skills – Our projects are varied, so you need to quickly understand and learn new things
• Excellent communication skills – You need to transform customer requests into clear and concise design briefs be a value-adding partner for them and the designer
• Customer and business experience – Being responsible for the overall customer experience, you must know what it takes, how to get your team go above and beyond every time, and develop long lasting client relationships
• Understanding of design quality and style – You will need to possess attention to detail and a good eye for both quality and aesthetics. You are the first and last line of quality control
• Organized, flexible, available – To deliver amazing client experiences and successfully grow your accounts, you will need to be organized, flexible and available for their requests, while ensuring top product quality at every single of 20+ concurrently ongoing design projects
• Proactive and eager to learn – Genuine interest in understanding the client, design, and our service offering in order to provide valuable solutions
• Work 50+ hours per week including weekends
