Creative Copywriter
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in writing or content creation.
- Proven ability to craft compelling, original, and creative copy for digital and traditional media.
- Fluent in both Sesotho and English, with exceptional storytelling, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Strong ability to translate English and Sesotho in a relatable and culturally appropriate manner for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Grammarly, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Proficient in adapting writing tone and style to suit various audiences and align with brand guidelines.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about innovation in content creation.
- Awareness of cultural nuances in Lesotho and globally to craft inclusive and engaging content.
- Ability to contribute to larger marketing and communications campaigns by aligning written content with overall strategy.
- Experience working closely with designers and multimedia teams to ensure seamless
integration of copy with visuals.
