Reporting to Branch Manager Maseru, the CPA Team Leader will lead a team of Customer Product Advisors whose work is to attract, acquire and retain customers for Letshego. The team leader will ensure an optimal performance of the team by planning, organising, leading and controlling all resources, processes as well performance of the team.

Minimum Diploma in Commercial areas (Marketing, Sales, Management)
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐
โข Minimum 5 yearsโ experience as Sales Agent/Representative or Team Leader
โข Experience in Financial Services Industry, Banking, Insurance. Micro-Finance preferable

โข Excellent knowledge of MS Office
โข Knowledge of business acquisition processes and documentation
โข Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales
โข Ability to drive team to achieve expected sales targets
โข Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
โข Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
โข Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

โข Manage a team of Customer Product Advisors
โข To drive the team to achieve expected sales target
โข To conduct field and marketing sales on behalf of sales team
โข To achieve or exceed the minimum monthly team targets
โข To assist with completion and processing of loan application forms on behalf of sales team
โข To support the Company in some of its marketing activations and public outreach activities meant to create awareness about products and services as may be required from time to time.
โข To refer new employer schemes business to the Company where such opportunities have been identified in furtherance of common objectives between you and the Company.
