Position: Court Conveyor
No. Of Post: 1 (One)
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Providing clerical support to Prosecution Division.
2. Photocopying and indexing dockets.
3. Serving court process to other legal practitioners and courts of law.
4. Keeping and updating case novement to and from (Director of Public Prosecution) DPP’s office.
5. Updates and maintains legal files.
6. Prepares file inde xes and serve them.
7. Delivering letters for the Prosecution Division.
8. Any other duty that may be assigned by Administration Division from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• C.O.S.C/GCE PLUS two (2) years working experience at the level of Clerical Assistant.
• Knowledge of Courts of Law procedures.

• Applicants should not have any criminal record.
• Applicants must be prepared to resign from the Public Service.
• All applicants must be prepared to undergo vetting.

• Applicants may be placed at any 10 (ten) districts of the country.

British High Commissioner’s Building, P.0. Box 16060, (Opposite National Manpower Development Secretariat (NMDS), MASERU) on or before 08th
September, 2023, before 13:00 pm.
