The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a project management professional who wants to help people harness their own power to achieve a feminist, just, green transition in the 45 countries where ActionAid works.

You will provide supports the Regional Director and the Transformation Lead in the management of change processes of countries in Asia. The role supports the advancement of the Country Models Review (CMR) Transformation project, with a structured project management and change management approach that aims to ensure that the delivery of the new country models will result in sustainable changes in the federation.

Who we’re looking for:

With substantial experience project management role, preferably in a multi-country setting, you should also have demonstratable experience in the areas change management process in different country setting in Asia. You should also have strong commitment to ActionAid’s values and ethos

You should have knowledge project management standard with excellent coordination, communications and organisational skill; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of change or transformations and quick turnaround times, whilst delivering to the highest standards

You should further have demonstrated experience in overseeing organisational reporting and performance and strong data analysis skills to evaluating trends, compliance and gaps in organisational performance
