Setting the team’s quantitative and qualitative targets in alignment with country business targets and objectives
Analysing weekly, monthly, quarterly performance against goals, Key Performance Indicators and objectives
Articulating solutions, plans, and strategies to proactively address issues, opportunities in the business
Providing regular and quality field staff activity report, as well as valuable market intelligence to country manager, account managers, channel programs as well as other internal partners
Responsible for overall advocacy in-stores across all route to market; working closely with to ensure best in class customer experience in all store locations
Instilling Apple values and development mindset in the organisation through inspirational leadership, mentoring and coaching of the field team in the region
Actively promote, role-model and support diversity in the workplace through staffing, promotions, training and career development
Supporting cross-functional team in defining mid-/long term targets for the field staff team and aligning with channel program manager future program expansion and coverage
Ensure each reseller’s Store Manager respects their dedication and contractual obligations towards Apple and the programs and when necessary negotiate against any deviation
Facilitating communication between the account teams and field teams; ensuring all new promotions and campaigns are effectively communicated and successfully executed in store
