Council on Higher Education (CHE) – Supplier Database Registration
The Council on Higher Education (CHE) is a statutory corporate body established by Section 4 of the Higher Education Act 2004. The overall mandate of CHE is quality promotion, quality assurance, and advising the Minister of Education and Training.
The Council on Higher Education invites legally registered suppliers interested in doing business with the organisation to register on its supplier database. CHE specifically requests service providers in the following categories.

Mandatory Documents for Submission
Interested vendors must submit the following mandatory documents:
- Company Profile
- A valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- A valid Trader’s Licence or equivalent
- Evidence of physical location (depending on the nature of the company)
- Three reference letters for services recently provided
- Three copies of client Purchase Orders or Service Agreements not older than three (3) years
