As a Cosmetology Lecturer, you will:
โข Teach and demonstrate professional skills in hair, nails, and makeup
โข Prepare lesson plans and deliver both theory and practical sessions
โข Assess studentsโ work, provide feedback, and support their growth
โข Maintain hygiene and safety in the training space
โข Prepare students for client days, practicals, and internship placement
โข Guide learners in personal branding, confidence, and customer care
โข Ability to motivate and inspire learners

โข Technical Cosmetology Skills:
โข Hairdressing (cutting, styling, coloring, treatment)
โข Nail technology
โข Makeup artistry
โข Basic skincare and hygiene
โข Product knowledge and salon tools expertise
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข A Diploma in Cosmetology with at least 7 years of experience
OR
โข A Certificate in Cosmetology with at least 12 years of experience
