Corporate Secretary
The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) was established by an Act of Parliament as a parastatal. The LNDC Act No. 20 of 1967, as amended by LNDC Act No. 13 of 1990 and LNDC Act No. 7 of 2000, mandates the Corporation to: “initiate, promote and facilitate the development of manufacturing and processing industries, mining and commerce in a manner calculated to raise the level of income and employment in Lesotho. The LNDC invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Corporate Secretary (Paterson Grade D3).
1. PURPOSE
To champion corporate compliance and good governance in LNDC to provide efficient and comprehensive company secretarial and administrative services to the Board and Executive. To provide strategic advice and pro-active support to the Board and executive and senior management on corporate governance and regulatory/statutory compliance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or any relevant qualification
- Chartered Governance Secretary or professional, Certified Director or Chartered Director qualification will be an added advantage
- 8 years’ experience in a corporate or company secretarial role
TERM OF CONTRACT: Five (5) years fixed-term contract.
