Description
Kforce’s New York, New York (NY) based client presents a very unique opportunity for Corporate Controller candidates who want to work anywhere they want. It’s a 100% Remote, Controller position for a super creative and fast-paced SaaS Startup.
Summary: Your team sits across the US, and you will be working off your laptop & phone! You can even be sitting on the Hawaiian beach or at a cafe in Barcelona and still be working. You will be wearing multiple hats and leading financial reporting and accounting process, including monthly and annual closing, reporting, revenue recognition, revenue management, budgeting and cash management and oversee tax compliance.
Requirements
- CPA required
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a foundation in Public Accounting (Large Public Accounting Firm experience) plus Corporate Accounting/ Finance
- Must have experience in US GAAP and Revenue Recognition (ASC 605, ASC 606)
- Budget, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Modeling skills if you have any
