Description

Role Purpose

Assist key account managers to gain and keep customers by providing customer service and managing customer accounts. The support specialist is responsible for all after sales support to ensure that the customer queries are attended to and maintain acceptable churn rate.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and relationship management after sale is completed
  • Develop customer service programs in order to provide outstanding service.
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Budget management and PO initiation

Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent in Sales, Customer care or Marketing
  • 3 years’ Experience in Sales, Customer care or Marketing
